Anita has recently been assisting me in the selling of my home. As a seller's agent, she's been tremendous. Knows how to market your home in person, and make it shine on the Internet. She is a realtor with heart, brains, and passion. She gives great advice when it comes to selling or buying a house. She has given me great information about the housing market without asking for anything back in return. She is a very aggressive advocate for her clients and literally works day and night to make sure everything is happening on time. Anita is super responsive, she would return my email, text or call very quickly. Always keeping track and getting updates of everything. Anita treats each transaction as if it were her own, but with your needs in mind. She works hard for you. I can truly say that if you have a powerful individual like Anita on your team, it doesn't matter if you are buying or selling your home, she will get the job done right the first time around.

This was our 5th home purchase so we aren't new to the process and we are extremely picky buyers. We meet with Anita and see if she met our expectations in order to be our real estate agent. Well let us tell you, she SURPASSED them! Anita listened to what we wanted, paid attention to the things we were looking for and definitely worked her tail off finding us the right houses to look at. When we finally decided to purchase the home of our dreams, she was still very pleasantly on top of everything! Anita made sure things were flowing smoothly, stayed on top of all the paperwork; making sure things were filled out correctly, from the sellers side, the lenders and thoroughly reviewed any inspections that we had done! She also comes with a cadre of people who she sets up to take care of all your needs (inspectors, service providers, etc.) you are free to use your own but she has good people she can get fair pricing and quality work from at a moments notice. We recently relocated to the Treasure Valley from Texas and found Anita by chance. She was definitely a God send! Looking for a house from out of state is a challenge, but she was so professional, knowledgable, and helpful that we were able to find the house that was exactly right for our family. We also had a potential deal breaking mistake made by the lender we were working with. Anita was able to put us in contact with a lender who got the job done. She reassured us and was patient with us through the whole process. When we were ready to move in, knowing we knew no one else in the whole state, she even arranged for her teenagers to help us unload the moving truck!

She then recommended visiting ones that might work with our budget and geographic requirements, and we explored about five. We were most impressed with the fact that she steered us away from several that were not what they pretended to be in listings, pointing out potential pitfalls. Earnest money was refunded promptly. Anita Smith was our realtor when we came to Idaho. I was in the military at the time & did not have access to travel a lot to check out homes so Anita was tasked with going above and beyond in our home search. She made videos, talked to realtors, picked peoples’ brains for us. . .all the stuff I usually would do but could not because we were not in Idaho yet, & she did everything else we needed too. I cannot believe I bought an expensive home having never stepped onto the property before, but she did such a thorough job evaluating the property that I did not feel the need to fly out to see it. What’s more, she checked out many, many other homes for us and did the same thing. She got to know our needs and didn’t send us details about homes we wouldn’t like. How rare is that!!
